The simplicity, ease-of use to install as well that it can be used in any type restaurant or cafe business regardless if you have only 1 location or many locations around your city/country! It's very easy even with no experience at all!! I dislike nothing so far about this software. We are able solve our problems regarding accounting such like inventory control etc., also we solved customer problem by providing them an app where they could check their orders easily without coming back home. ! I like that it is easy to use, has many features such as online ordering, scheduling staff etc., allows you to manage your business from anywhere with ease! It can be expensive if not used correctly (such as too much data). We are using this software in our restaurant so we have been able to keep track of all orders/employees easily. Our employees love how simple everything seems when they log into their accounts which makes them more productive while working at work!!
