Inexpensive and easy to use! No more finger cramps! It's really awesome! I use this whenever I'm spraying a large project. My fingers cramp like crazy, but never again! Bought in 2011 and still in use. It's been 9 years folks. That's incredible. You just put it on top of a paint can and then on another can. I admit, at first I was afraid to put it on and take it off. It's still cheap plastic and I was very afraid of breaking it. Once you get over that and realize that it's actually pretty good research, you're good to go. You actually have better control over your spray as you can maneuver the can more easily with a much better grip. Your grip and agility always suffer if your fingers tire and cramp after long puffs of spray (or if the trigger/nozzle is very small or tight, as some cans tend to be brand-based). Without this device I can never go back to the old fashioned way of spray painting.
