I read the reviews and thought 🤔 don't know if I can figure it out. Brother's software wasn't immediately obvious, but once I found it, it wasn't a problem. There are 2 softwares. 1 to scan and 1 to arrange a receipt. The receipt needs updating and one of the techies might find out. But the scanning software turned out to be very handy. Now let's get to the car. WOW! Super fast, scans both sides in one pass. I sometimes forget to flip the lever to scan business cards and documents, but other than that it's amazing. I was able to scan non-standard length documents like CC statements without hesitation. If you need a good little scanner, you don't mind connecting to your computer (it's not wireless), you'll love it. Shoot, I took it to work and scanned my stuff there. I feel organized It only weighs 4 pounds and gets where you need it. Only thing I wish it wasn't so expensive but I thought the tranquility was worth it.
