When you pay more than $300 for a product after shipping and taxes, most likely you are hoping that you will like it. I really wanted this damn thing to work the way I hoped it would. But it just doesn't work very well on my facial hair. I ran the blade over and over in the same places - in circular motions, grinding motions, along the grain, against the grain, wet, dry, in all directions. It took 10 minutes to rid my face of hair and by then my skin was sore. I would definitely have kept this product if it hadn't worked around my jawline and neck. It didn't remove a single hair from that area and left my skin in a mess. It looks expensive, feels and sounds expensive. If you haven't tried it yet, you would suspect that this thing will work like a dream. But that's not the case. I'm telling you, if you buy this there's a good chance you're just making another errand once you've finally decided to return it.
