I hope you didn't mean bubbles.
When I first used it I poured some under the water and. nothing has happened. No blisters. The second time I ran one cap after another under the tap I got some disappointing blisters. It certainly smells and feels relaxing and invigorating, but I was looking for a bubble bath, not an Epsom salts bath.
