Need a pattern for a christening patch

The pattern was delivered in very good condition. My issues with this product are with Simplicity - they seem to skimp on both their templates and their instructions. I have been sewing for many years and feel the instructions are not up to date. I should have guessed what they were getting at. I don't think the quality is there anymore.
