Hon Basyx does not respond when there is a problem.
I need to edit my original review. The plunger sometimes collapses when sitting on a chair. I contacted Hon twice but never received a reply. Not recommended. I just sent them a third email, let's see what happens. Pretty soon this could become a Revain issue. Easy construction. After reading some reviews of similar chairs I think the assembly sometimes makes a mess. Not with that. I think it was really 20 minutes. Tools, nicely arranged parts, etc. It's good to have a helper. The chair I am replacing had a very hard bottom for some reason. This one has a thick but durable foam base and is a big improvement. Plus he looks cooler than those fucking boring black monsters that seem to be everywhere. For €200 I'm pleasantly surprised.
