Good buy for my kittens. when i opened the box and unpacked the backpack, the two kittens just couldn't wait any longer and jumped in. The two kittens are around 11 months old and weigh around 10 pounds each, but both can curl up comfortably in it. There are some holes in the backpack for cats to get in and out freely. The mesh cover is a big plus and it's very durable. my kittens love to scratch but after a week i don't see any broken spot in the mesh cover. The extra cushion feels very soft and gives cats extra cushioning on any surface. It's a little bulky for me when carrying it on my back outside, but most of the time we use it as a temporary outer cage so it never bothers me.
