I bought this to allow my phone to track GPS during all day bike rides in remote areas. I have a small 90Wh LiPo battery for my flashlights that can save power for the phone. I opened up the power adapter to make sure it fit and found that it's not very durable. The case is vented, but the electronics are not coated to allow exposure to the outside air. A coil and capacitor on long wires will have a shorter lifespan due to the high levels of vibration found on a bicycle or motorcycle. The electrical cables were pinched during assembly and could short out each other if pulled. An internal zener diode and fuse provide over-voltage protection. I give it an average rating because it's cheap and won't damage your phone if rejected.
