The best thing about exceptionless is that it helps to keep track of our errors, no matter where they are located in the app. I can now see all my exceptions from anywhere in one place. As for their support team - unfortunately we've had some issues with them as well when trying to setup an account or make changes/updates using API keys provided by them. They have been great so far but not enough time has passed since then to really give a good assessment at this point. We were having problems tracking errors throughout different parts of our website, which was preventing us from finding any errors quickly. With exceptionless, we're able to find these errors very quickly.
