I'm trying to get back into crafting and need a self-healing cutting mat for my craft and DIY projects. This versatile mat serves two main purposes: it protects the surface I'm cutting on and the durable material keeps the blade from dulling. This 9" x 12" rug is reversible, so it's like two rugs in one. It's made of high-density PVC and is 3mm thick, allowing you to make cuts without worrying about damaging or penetrating the mat. The amazing self-healing power makes cuts practically disappear. To prolong the life of your mat, it is recommended to change the location of the cut on the mat and cut in different places and areas to avoid deep gouges that will not heal over time. What I like most about this self-healing mat is that it has a non-slip surface and has grid lines, circles, angles (30, 45, 60, and 90 degrees) with smooth 360-degree rotation and inches (with 1/8). . . increments) are labeled so my cuts are accurate and accurate. It would be nice if there were centimeter markings and a 15 degree angle. Some additional tips to follow: keep the mat away from direct sunlight and heat, do not iron or place warm objects on it as the heat will warp the mat; do not twist or bend the mat and store it in a horizontal position.
