Healing Cutting Perfect Quilting Scrapbooking Review

It is of acceptable quality but my intense repeated use over a short period of time has worn it down. It will mostly heal itself, but repeated activity in the same area will wear it down faster. It will last longer in the future if I'm more conscious of not cutting it in the same place over and over again.

I bought these for my husband who is always doing a project and I am always worried that he will cut through any barrier he uses. including a thin self-healing mat he bought at a local store. With this rug I find it comfortable to work at the counter or at the table. He likes the measurements on both sides of the rug.

The worst cutting mat you could buy. Used twice, it is not self-healing. You are cutting fabric that gets caught in the cuts of the mat, making a clean cut impossible. The marks are the weight of the mat, the only good thing about it. It gets thrown in the trash, not even worth returning and who wants it replaced? If you only need a mat for a few uses this might work, but if you want a long lasting mat this is definitely not an option for you.

Sturdy mat, a little thicker than my signature mat but I like it. feels stronger I spent all day (about 6 hours) cutting vinyl and fabric for my cricket on this thing with a rotating blade and I can barely see any surface imperfections. I consciously put more effort into some areas, put all my energy into it, because I honestly thought it was too good to be true for the price. It turns out to be really good quality. I am very happy with this rug and it fits perfectly in my workshop.
