This is my second device, which I bought for children. I wanted to try it out and see if my oral hygiene improved and it did. My dental hygienist highly recommends the oral spray, which is why I chose this device. With regular flossing, flossing and the last brushing in that order, I noticed an overall improvement, gums stopped bleeding and morning odor and bad breath decreased. I added about 2 ounces of hydrogen peroxide to the reservoir, a capful of Crest Gum Care Mouthwash, and sprayed. My gums have adjusted and now I spray at the highest level of 10! So far, the devices continue to do their job and are very satisfied. To update. However, this is not a replacement for dental floss, just another step towards better oral hygiene and care.
