Good quality as you would expect from Remington. But we had to look for nozzles. In fact, we thought they were gone until I realized the box was too heavy to be empty after taking out the trimmer. Nozzles and the charger are hidden under the false floor. They literally need to be accessible from the opposite end of the box. That's fine for those in the know, but given the pandemic and the growing number of people trying to meet their needs from home, different packaging might have been needed. There was a lot of space in the box.
