Review on 🔥 Enhance Flavors with the Breville BSM600SIL Smoking Gun Food Smoker, Silver by Amber Austin

The idea is great and maybe one day it will become a good mature product. Not so much today. The smoke coming out of mine has a pungent taste and smell, not at all like my big Trager smoker. When I spoke to Breville about it, they said I was the first (and therefore only) person to tell them about it. At first I thought maybe I just didn't wash off some kind of plastic coating, so I rinsed the combustion chamber well and even tried it a second time with a different woodchip. The same thing. The second problem they need to solve is the hose. It's very soft, which is good, but it also flexes very easily, which it doesn't. Again, I seem to be the only one telling them this. In terms of durability, usability and giftability: I don't know about durability, but it doesn't look like an industrial model (like some of the other Breville products); I wouldn't give it to anyone I like; and while it's about as easy to use as I don't like the end product, it doesn't matter. Since I bought it from Amazon, I'm sending it back there. Breville had said before that they would only do an exchange if I wanted to go through them. so cheers, amazon!
