The money pocket doesn't suit me as it's too small and only useful for cards, so I just leave it in the wallet, sometimes the outer wallet only if I'm depositing cards or not. Cards, the line of the outer wallet is too strong, making the wallet feel bulky. Basically, I'm uncomfortable putting it in my pants pocket, so I usually put it in my jacket pocket. If the reviews were specific I would give it a 4.7 out of 5.
