What appeared to be a 4 stud tire is just a strip of metal with 4 3/8-16 bolts. The screw heads are in a hexagon shaped hole. The plastic is very hard and can take a good amount of torque. On the other hand, nuts and bolts cannot. I tightened 1 nut with decent torque to keep it from loosening. Non-killer torque for holding suspension parts. I added another ring connector and the nut stopped coming out 1/3 of the way. I tried to tighten it again and the nut wouldn't budge. Then I tried to unscrew it again and the head of the screw started spinning in the plastic mold. I loosened the 2 pan head screws to access the back of the screw with a wrench but couldn't get the nut loose. I had to cut off the head of the screw. After that I put it in a vise to see if I could salvage an oversized nut and I couldn't help but unscrew it. I threw it away and bought a new screw. The screw threads lined up where I applied the last of the initial tightening torque. I don't know how or why because the plastic isn't strong enough to hold the screw to align the threads of a decent metal one. The only thing I can think of is some cheap soft metal alloy that stretches with very light tightening. The rating reflects the fact that if you can fix it, it's still usable. Another thing I want to mention is that there are 3 small pan head screws that can hold the small ring terminals. But you will never put the cap on because the cap blocks the screws. You should try to get out on the other side and climb through the big bolt hole. I also don't like that I can't get right in from the sides to make it an embedded junction box, but have to twist the wire up or down.
