Review on ☕ Zojirushi EC-DAC50 Zutto 5-Cup Drip Coffeemaker: Sleek Silver Design for Effortless Brewing by Neal Martin

Excellent Coffee Maker

I love coffee. I love good coffee but I drink bad coffee. I like it hot or iced; with cream, with or without sugar. I worked for a college barista for a while. I've had both cheap and expensive coffee makers including 2 different pod systems and a coffee maker "bar" system. I love coffee and this might be my favorite way to get it. Simple and elegant: hot water + ground coffee beans = coffee The machine is compact and does not take up much space on the counter. The water is very hot and imparts the exact taste of your coffee. The heating plate also stays hot, so when you return to the lid it's still hot. The water tank lines mark how much 5 oz. cups of coffee you make. (If you typically drink a 16-ounce Grande, you'll need to make at least 3 cups of coffee for yourself.) I've found that slightly finer coffee bean grinds produce the fullest flavor. It says it's a drip coffee maker, but you could argue it's a pourable coffee maker, so it makes sense that a finer grind is better. That's all. There are many fancier systems and manufacturers out there, but I'd bet a cup of this coffee against them any day.
