Let me start by saying that an SSD enclosure doesn't come with a real SSD. The first impression of this device is very good. I like that the case is all metal. The included cable is detachable and it is a very well made cable. It doesn't feel cheap or flimsy, and the connectors feel very secure when I plug them into a case or computer. The benefit of a true metal case is that it offers excellent heat transfer if the SSD you are using gets hot during use. It also offers decent durability over time. If you're looking for a fairly basic or easy-to-use case, I'd recommend this one. I've had it for about three weeks now and haven't had any major problems.
