So far, so good! suitable for skin care

So far, so good! I've only been taking them for about a week but chose them for their purity after reading about the rainbow blondes I've been taking I panicked a bit (heavy metal class action lawsuits = no thanks) and promptly threw them away. . Anyway, I decided to try them because they seemed like the cleanest option for the price. It's also very important to have methylated versions of vitamins and folic acid instead of synthetic folic acid. So far I'm feeling very good taking it and I like that it's capsules and not pills which usually makes me throw up and if you ask the guys at the sewage treatment plant they will tell you that the pills are pre-digesting do not completely dissolve and therefore, the body cannot absorb these nutrients. The only reason I stopped the star was the lack of iodine and choline. This wasn't a big deal for me as I was already taking iodine supplements and after doing a lot of research on the amazing benefits for the baby's brain decided to add a little more choline supplement than any prenatal medication could give me. That being said, I think they should record it anyway. Another thing is that I've never seen a B complex that didn't turn my urine bright yellow. I think riboflavin does, but it doesn't! So I'm a bit skeptical about it, but I'll keep taking it.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Not suitable for everyone
