I would not recommend that.
I think the job will be done. If you think you're getting exactly what is advertised, don't count on it. The kit does not include a plastic chain to attach the balls to the bow as it is written. It also doesn't come with rope, it comes with very thin tape. The black balloons that come with the kit have a STRONG smell of spray paint. I swear they just painted them black. It's so overwhelming. My whole house now stinks of spray paint. Be sure to save.
