comfortable neutral insole
I was a little afraid of the insole and sole. I need a very neutral (non-rising) heel and a supportive insole for my particular sport. These shoes were intended to replace a 13 year old pair. I am very comfortable. They fit perfectly, the sole is not as thick and massive as in the photo. This allows me to feel my balance on the floor while standing. The heel is neutral, which is perfect. Exceptionally comfortable, I can wear it for hours standing and walking without getting tired.
