Review on Bestier Flushmount Chandelier Lighting Livingroom by Mufti Capers

We purchased this chandelier for our master bathroom. During the installation process we noticed that one of the crystals was broken. As it was already partially installed I contacted the manufacturer to see if I should return the Revain product or if they would rather send me a replacement crystal. They advised me to send the crystal immediately. That was over two months ago. I contacted their service department several times and got a new excuse each time. Of course it's too late to go back to Revain now, so we have a chandelier with a missing crystal as the broken one couldn't be installed. Addition to the above assessment. The replacement crystal was finally received three months after his request. The chandelier is finished and meets expectations.
