Excellent inflatable boat. The dinghy itself doesn't, but the pilings are flimsy and won't work in Texan weather. Honestly, it's not recommended to use it in the rain or wind, but then where? In the room? I wouldn't plant it in soil, I made that mistake with my Halloween inflatable playground and it got ruined by dirt and rainwater. I would use some sort of platform or base, this has worked for me and still stays clean and even in the wind and rain. I keep it inflated all the time.
