The lights are dim and flashing.
The lamps were wrapped in bubble wrap but there was still room in the boxes to move. You can hear small parts moving as you tilt the light. After installation, the lights are very dim and blinking (shouldn't be). Definitely not worth the money if you want a product that works as it should.
