Not sure what I paid for and got

It might have been a good product but when it arrived it looked like it had been through a metal shredder along with the packaging scraps gone. Due to the bad packaging I can't tell if it's mine, old or new. Called and they asked me to send it back to my $$$ and they will send another one! Anyway I cut my losses with this BS and went to the parts store and then got a new undamaged one that worked.
