Installation is as advertised, plug and work and in my case (2016 Dodge Journey) the installation is fairly easy. The only issue I had was that the options weren't properly checked by default (it tells you to leave them alone). In that case I would have to call customer service. Look through the options and make sure "Offline remote boot" is checked and "Lock", "Unlock", "Lock" is also checked. Once you do that, it will work properly. For the device itself I give 5 stars for easy installation, only 3 stars for the instructions, they can provide a simple troubleshooting guide or a guide saying to try it instead of using the default settings that didn't really work until changed.
