Just got this yesterday and it's not charging. I left it on the charger all night, I unplugged it and it turned on for 2 seconds before saying "low power" and turning off. Either this product is damaged or it just sucks. I knew it wouldn't be great quality for $12 but I liked the idea of a guarantee, now let's see if it's any good. I plan to contact the carrier to update the review later. UPDATE: Nobody got in touch with me. I don't even get a reply from this seller. Would give 0 stars if I could! Indeed a guarantee! FRAUD is more like that!
