The app is always up to date with my account information, I can see all of their reports in one place (sometimes it's hard having so many apps open at once).
Sometimes there are delays between updates which makes me worry that they might not be as reliable but they usually update within an hour or two. Notifications when things need attention from your team are easy to miss sometimes! It would help if you had some sort of way to have alerts sent straight through email instead of just pop ups - notifications aren't enough anymore these days due to how distracted we're being with technology now-a-days! Being able to monitor everything about our services has been very helpful over time by consolidating into one location where issues can easily be tracked down & corrected/replaced quicker than ever before.
