I like to have my mobile phone with me when I'm in the pool. It's supposed to be a waterproof phone, but the rubber piece around the charging port cover has recently come loose, so I don't trust it in the water now. I only got it this afternoon so I haven't taken it outside yet. But I soaked it inside with a tissue and it came out dry in about 40 minutes. The screen still works great, in fact I'm writing this review right now with this waterproof case just for fun. The compass is a nice little addition and it works, I just have to tilt it right to make it rotate because it gets stuck. The strap is great because I can just hang it around my neck when my hands are full. The armband works well too, but this phone is so big on my arm that I can't use it that way. I have a Sony Xperia z3v and was afraid the phone would be too big but it's perfect. My phone is white as is the case so it fits and looks cool. So far, so good! UPDATE I had this case with me (and in) the pool all summer and had no problems. The phone's screen works fine in this case as long as it's above water. It doesn't work very well *under* water for photography, for example, because I think the weight of the water is pressing on it and randomly tapping on certain parts of the screen. It takes me from my camera to my homepage and some random settings or apps so I need to get it out of the water before it gets me in trouble! But I don't need underwater shots. It still works as it should and is still recommended.
