This pack was perfect for my sons 2011 Nissan Altima. I have followed the instructions from the questions section in this list. We started with the car in the off position and with the doors closed. I wanted to make sure the car would start when it was off and was a bit concerned because I set the car to roll down the windows and then turned the car off. Although the machine has been turned off, the windows are still powered. I had to wait a bit until it clicked and the car definitely started moving. (Windows could no longer function). follow the instructions; Step 2 said the programmer would beep twice, mine only once, I continued anyway. Turn the machine back on as removing the key in step 6 will turn the machine off. The process worked for us when we first tried it.
