Free-tms has its own cloud platform with an easy user interface for all users, from beginners up until experts in this field of logistics/transport industry are able understand it very quickly! It’s also perfect support by their customer service via phone or chat if you have any questions regarding your account - really great approach they provide which I can highly recommend as well since we started using them more than one year ago now!! If there were only some new modules available that would enable us better handling our daily tasks (e g) import data into tmSuite etc., but these things will come at no cost soon so not something missing here either ;) I like that you can use it in multiple languages, as well as different currencies. It's also easy to set up new clients and add them into our system. We have had some issues with their support team but they are working at fixing these problems. We used FreeTMS for many years before we switched over to another provider. The main reason was price although there were other factors involved too. This software has been very helpful since moving to this platform from the old one.
