Review on WITTY by Christopher Clearfield

Witty is a great tool to help with customer service, and we love that it is so simple to use. The customer service team is great! I am not a fan of the layout of the dashboard. I would like to be able to see a lot more information at once when I am in a live chat. I would like to be able to see a list of open orders at once as well. I have been able to use Witty to answer customer questions and help with any issues they have. We have also been able to use Witty to make suggestions to customers about their websites and products.
