WITTY - Great Tool for Customer Service

Witty is a great tool to help with customer service, and we love that it is so simple to use. The customer service team is great! I am not a fan of the layout of the dashboard. I would like to be able to see a lot more information at once when I am in a live chat. I would like to be able to see a list of open orders at once as well. I have been able to use Witty to answer customer questions and help with any issues they have. We have also been able to use Witty to make suggestions to customers

Witty is amazing for e-Commerce and great support is always there when you really use it!

One of the best things I like about this platform is that it has all the features one needs to build an online store, even if they have no technical experience or coding skills. The customer service is also quite amazing! They are always willing to answer any question you might ask them. Sometimes though their interface could be improved in terms of aesthetics, but nothing major. We've been using Witty for almost three years now and there's not much we don't love so far. Best CMS software ever made (for non developer)!

The best part is that it allows me to create my own website with all of its features, without having any coding skills! I love how easy this platform makes everything for you as well because there are many tutorials available online which help beginners understand things easily in no time at least from what i have seen so far but overall great experience till now!!   • Very much affordable cost compared other platforms when we compare them sidewise.
  • Easy installation process just download required softwares through software stores (Microsoft)
  • User Friendliness; UI layout looks nice enough.and responsive while switching form mobile version back into PC/Mac screens..it works perfectly fine both ways ! : )
