One of the best things I like about this platform is that it has all the features one needs to build an online store, even if they have no technical experience or coding skills. The customer service is also quite amazing! They are always willing to answer any question you might ask them. Sometimes though their interface could be improved in terms of aesthetics, but nothing major. We've been using Witty for almost three years now and there's not much we don't love so far. Building our e-store was probably the easiest part of what Witty helped us with! It really made creating products (and adding new ones) easy as pie. So many options and tools to use without having to worry too much about getting stuck somewhere the first time around. And, of course, support and updates from Witty are second-to-none. Thanks again guys!! Our customers can shop easily thanks to our intuitive website. This allows them to see everything at once, get great discounts and find exactly what they're looking for. I like that it is so easy to use, you can create your own store or customize an existing one with ease. It's also very user friendly for beginners who are new to e-Commerce websites. The customer service could be better in some ways but they do help out when needed. They offer great support! We have been able to build our online business using witty. Our customers love being able to shop from anywhere at anytime and we get tons of traffic thanks to them too!
