I've tried using the case but I think it's a waste of money. It was difficult to attach the pin and even worse to remove it. It fits properly but I can't fit it into the iPad case in the charging bay. I bought to protect my pencil from drops after the last one stopped working after a few drops. My dilemma is I love that it offers protection but to charge my pen in the iPad case's pen slot I have to remove the cover from the pen which is difficult to remove. He just sat there collecting dust. It just didn't work for me.
