I had to buy a new steam mop because I can't afford my other mop (different brand). This mop had what I was looking for when comparing it to my old one. Square mop head, on/off switch. In my opinion I figured a 15 foot cable would be fine. Well, it's actually ridiculously short, and I can barely make it across a room before I have to go to another exit. So I built in a slight internal extension to make things easier. Second, the water tank is small, so pay attention to the water level when using it. Otherwise, the mop does what it should and cleans up! It heats up in less than a minute. GOOD TIP: I've been using a steam cleaner for 10 years. Before use, it is best to wet the mop head by simply sticking it under the sink and squeezing out the excess. Also, rinse the mop head regularly while mopping. This makes the work better.
