It’s exactly what I needed and expected. Add to that the fact that it works great. It’s also great at showing me how filthy some things can get and have gotten, but hey.it’s all clean now, and now I am knowledgeable so that it won’t happen again. I also like then bigger tank. I was terribly excited to receive this item, I loved my steam mop and wanted something that would clean more. I was satisfied with the product the first time I used it, it cleaned my grout in the kitchen easily. Then ;after using the window cleaner, the wand broke for that accessory. I've boughten many steam cleaners before and they never seem to last very long, however, this product right here is pretty well built. The amount of steam I get from this is pretty amazing compared to what other products have given me. The steam lasts a long time as well and all the attachments that come with it are great. My only problem is after only owning this for such a short time 1 of the 2 main connector pieces broke off at the tip so its unusable unless I get another piece to replace…

The pictures are of my oven and the side of the counter. The counter I sprayed with Mr. Clean all-purpose cleaner and the oven I used no cleaner. I know it's gross to look at but I wanted to show how well it works and that's years of grease piled up are practically gone. I absolutely love this new steamer. I had a steam fast before and not nearly the same amount of steam came out. All the parts seem quality. With just 32 oz of water I did master bedroom /bath kitchen living room office hallways. All the little attachments fit inside of the compartment except for the funnel ,water cup, and three cloth pads. There was not a place to wrap the cord but a velcro strap was provided to keep neat.

I really liked the how compact the machine was and the attachments were easy enough to remove/replace. It worked well on chrome fixtures and countertops. What it didn't clean well was my stove or wood cabinets which was my reason for purchasing the machine. It wasn't worth the cost for me as after watching review videos I couldn't see myself using it as much as I had intended or getting the results I wanted on my stove/cabinets. First, it takes **30 MINUTES** before the steam starts. My Sienna with the same tank capacity, took maybe about 10 minutes to start steaming, so not sure why this one takes so daggone long. Also, I think there should be only ONE adapter to fit all the attachments. You know a "one size fits all"? You have to change the adapters depending on which attachment you want to use. And ladies, if you have long nails, be very careful with pushing the "release" buttons to unlock the wand(s).I'll update…

I bought this because I wanted a versatile steamer and the price was right. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. It's easy to use and the instruction book is very thorough. It has a variety of attachments for different types of cleaning. It heats up quickly, as well. If you're looking for a quality product, that won't break the bank, I definitely recommend this product.

My daughter just bout a house ad we used this steamer to clean the floors, kitchen and bathroom. Worked GREAT. After about the 10 minutes it took to heated up, ,it lasted a long time, and did a great job. Glad I bought it.

This little machine is exceptional. I no longer despise cleaning windows it was quick and easy. It brought an old shower back to life, it removed the gunk in the grout easily and effortlessly. It worked wonder on my wood floor as well as travertine. My kitchen cabinets look like new. It made moving out and cleaning my old home a fun task. Takes a while to warm up. We used it to clean our front waiting area, office and breakroom all in one day. Lot of work for one little machine. Only complaint is it takes a while to hear up, and when you first pull the trigger it will spray water. We just sprayed it into a towel or the sink until steam came out. Works great!

I use a steamer to clean patio door tracks. My 30 year old steamer finally gave up the last time I used it. This is a good product, lots of steam, the right tips for this job.Follow the instructions, wait long enough for it to heat up. You will get some hot water on start up, normal. I love this thing so much! Literally you it for/on everything. Make sure you order extra metal bristle heads if you have a lot of metal or heavy grime bc the pressure and heat wears them down. DEFINITELY worth the money.

I lloovvee this machine and it is really getting a workout, let me tell you! I have cleaned all of my tile grout and I am working my way through my daughter's grout too. There are a couple of things to note but they aren't really inhibitive. I am super glad I purchased this to strip wallpaper from my kitchen and it really has saved me a lot of time, however it takes a while to beat up and cool down so it’s not a fast process and it runs out of water in about fifteen minutes so you do have to stop what you’re doing let the machine cool down and refill the water then wait for it to heat up again. I’m sure this is the normal process but just don’t expect it to be a fast one. Also you have to buy the wallpaper attachment extra

I love this steamer. I wish I would of taken a before and after picture of my oven. I had tried every oven cleaner, every scrub pad, and a few home recipes but nothing would work to clean my oven except this steamer. I am very happy with it. It has cleaned my house from ceiling to floor. I just wish it held more water to last longer, but I highly recommend!

Helps a ton with getting off wall paper! If I didn’t have this machine I would have spent hours on just a few square feet of wall paper. The wall paper on our walls have been there for many many years and barely came off but once I scored it and used this machine to steam it then it came off so much easier! I highly recomend it! It gets pretty hot too!

Bought it because I want to have a cleaner home for my 11month old, without the use of chemicals. This machine stood out because of the 55psi and 290F, and the reviews on YouTube were "impressive" put it to use right away. But NEVER mention it overheats up within 1-2minutes of use, ughhhhh hate that I have to wait another 1-2mins to use It again. Maybe because it s new or factory default, I don't know?!
