This machine works great! Follow the instructions, don't assume it doesn't work if you don't read the instructions. I did a 2 hour cleaning marathon as soon as I received it and it is AMAZING. Well worth the money!

I did a product review of this on my FB page and 2 of my friends purchased. It is a great value for the money. It exceeded my expectations. I really love to use it. I Only wish the tank was a little bigger. It heats up pretty quick and gives good steam. I've used for cleaning and had great results.

I’ve used a friend’s machine to remove wallpaper in one of the bathrooms in my home. Since I have a few more rooms to re-do, I wanted to purchase my own steamer. This one is very similar to hers. This is my new favorite cleaning toy! It works so well on a multitude of surfaces. Stock up on distilled water because you will use this machine often. I love how I can use it in the shower to really get into the corners and high spots that I can’t reach otherwise. It works like a charm on our stone, brick & tile floors. You fill up the canister, wait about 10 minutes, and steam away! Did not clean grout, as I had hoped, but it did an outstanding job on getting the fold marks out of draperies. It's easy to use and lightweight. Be careful - hose gets hot!

Fantastic device! Got hot enought to finally get rid of our bed bugs. Better than oir cheap crappy pest control included with rent. Had to take matters into our own hads and so far so good. Also cleaned our oven and glad you can order replacement parts because i murdered the wire brush

I have had several spray cleaners in the past,,,when I recieved this one, I laughed because it is so tiny,,but I love it, because the water gets hot,,,,where you put the water in is easy to remove, it is llight and compact.good job Wagnerwagner

The steamer is great. plenty of attachments and easy to use. Some of the reviews indicates that the nose sprays too much water. Just remember you must let the tank heat up until only the green light is on. It takes about 10 minutes to reach steam temperatures.

I did not know how much I would love spending time with my steamer. I steam clean everything that I can.
