Great little machine for deep cleaning.
Takes a while to warm up. We used it to clean our front waiting area, office and breakroom all in one day. Lot of work for one little machine. Only complaint is it takes a while to hear up, and when you first pull the trigger it will spray water. We just sprayed it into a towel or the sink until steam came out. Works great!

- I like this alot except the heat up and cool down times

It got here on time. I opened it up went through all the pieces. than I went and got some water. about 10 minutes later if had steam coming out a lot of steam. So I''m not sure how to use some of it ,but I will figure it out . Love the safety locks it has too. Just love it..
