First, it takes **30 MINUTES** before the steam starts. My Sienna with the same tank capacity, took maybe about 10 minutes to start steaming, so not sure why this one takes so daggone long. Also, I think there should be only ONE adapter to fit all the attachments. You know a "one size fits all"? You have to change the adapters depending on which attachment you want to use. And ladies, if you have long nails, be very careful with pushing the "release" buttons to unlock the wand(s).I'll update later, but for right now, I'm seeing more negatives. Maybe once I get used to using it, it will be better. But waiting for the steam to start steaming is really a LONG time :(UPDATE: Okay, my overall review is that this little machine steams pretty well. It did a pretty decent job on my very old carpet (I rent, so I still have carpet, unfortunately). The brush was pretty hard to push in both directions, but after a few 'strokes", it became easier, and I didn't have to "pull" forward only. Not sure why it was difficult to push initially, but I could only go one direction. The small, round brushes worked well in getting into areas I wasn't able to before. However, the cloths were the most confusing, believe it or not. I do believe the blue cloth is for mopping, but it is much bigger than the brush attachment, therefore, when mopping, it hangs over the sides (see photo), then that causes 'roll up'. Unless I'm doing something wrong, the cloth is just too big, and doesn't work properly. I'm not sure what the other cloths are for, or even which sides to use for what. But overall, for the price, it did a pretty good job. Also, it does NOT take 30 minutes to start steaming (only a few). I'm not sure why it says that.
