The staff at this place is very friendly! I've been there several times over the past few years and they're always helpful and quick to answer any questions that come up. Their prices seem expensive but it's actually not as bad compared with other places we have used. Sometimes when we need our documents scanned or archived they don't take them immediately which can cause problems if we want an immediate copy available for business purposes. They also charge extra fees for extra copies. Keep us informed about what kind of service you'll provide so that you do get good quality scans/copies done quickly without having to go through multiple steps later like another provider did. It was great dealing with people who work together at Record Nation every time we needed something from them - whether it was a simple scan or getting archival boxes made out of cardboard. We would definitely recommend using them again since we got such fantastic customer service and fast.
