What a nightmare this order was. I literally cannot open the product. It is hermetically sealed in plastic and then sealed with an adhesive label at the end where the cap is intended to detach. I've been trying to scrape off this plastic with scissors for half an hour now. It's so crumpled on the pencil that it's impossible to open. can you feel my anger When I buy this in store, it comes in a box and you just open it. But this one has an adhesive label covering a tight, thick plastic sleeve to protect it from harmful substances. A nightmare. The product itself is great, but I couldn't reach it...
