Simply easy to use and very user friendly, even for beginners
The best part about using this software is that it's so simple! I wish there were more ways of creating videos; however after only 2 months they've added several features which i'm still trying out but have already been impressed by their progress as far as functionality goes in such short time frames (I hope). Not much at present because my experience has just started yet - if other companies are implementing similar systems then hopefully we can get some feedback from them regarding any issues or improvements needed before putting our system live too early/full scale. For example one thing was an issue where emails sent via email could not be attached whereas those received through webmail did attach normally without error message being displayed when doing attachments etc.?
- It really does take very little to set up once you know how, easy access with easeful navigation & simplicity for end user usage also good customer support available during hours convenient most times within Australia although international users may need assistance due availability depending upon server load? But all said no downtime ever experienced thusfar despite numerous problems encountered along way
