I like how easy it is at first glance, but once we started using this software our business has improved drastically! It's simple enough yet complex when needed as well with all of its features included in one place. This helps us save time by having everything together instead of searching through other pages/apps which requires more steps than just selecting what i need or want from another page. No complaints so far!! There are some things about TDI (Taxi dispatcher) such an advanced platform they could have made better looking maybe easier navigation between options etc. But overall great product keep up there good work. You wont be disappointed if used correctly. ! A lot less stress during dispatch times since before now was stressful due too many people trying to get calls answered plus waiting till callers were connected while still processing their trip request then getting back out to them again after completing their trips. Now everyone can answer questions quickly without going off task because every person knows.
