I love this program, it works better than any other platform out there! It gives me all of my business information without having to be in front or behind one call centre person when i need something changed!! There are options such as being able to go through your account manager which makes things so much easier for anyone who has problems figuring stuff themselves (I am part owner/operator). Some features can have some minor glitches but nothing major - just small little annoyances here-and then fixed very quickly by their support team after our feedback was given on them sending us tickets asking about these issues they resolved within minutes once we had made suggestions! This software saves clients time waiting around whilst calling centres talk too eachother over whats going wrong etcetc.. You would spend way more money getting calls transferred back & forth if you were using another solution instead. Easy setup, great customer support (both live chat & email), easy integration into our PBX system. I wish there was more flexibility in how we could implement certain features such as adding custom greetings or being able assign specific contact numbers for different departments within my organization. We are solving communication problems between internal users of multiple teams at a single location by making it simpler than having everyone use their phones/mobile devices all day long!
