Excellent Customer Service & Product Features

The customer support team has been very helpful in answering my questions, implementing new features into our system as well providing training for employees who are using it daily! I have not found anything negative about this product so far- however there may be something i am missing but they do provide excellent service over email or phone if you need assistance during business hours (Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm). We use voapps at work because we send mass text messages via their platform…

Best communication tool you can have in your office!

I love this program, it works better than any other platform out there! It gives me all of my business information without having to be in front or behind one call centre person when i need something changed!! There are options such as being able to go through your account manager which makes things so much easier for anyone who has problems figuring stuff themselves (I am part owner/operator). Some features can have some minor glitches but nothing major - just small little annoyances here-and…

Awesome solution and great customer experience

I like how easy it was for my clients who were using multiple carriers, all in different states/countries around Europe (Bulgaria) & US - California, New York etc.,to manage their Incoming voice messages from one place at any time of day or night via our secure web portal which allows them view message details right away without having access to phone system themselves! The best part about this service has been its ease-of use by customers since they don't have complicated tech skills required…
