Sort of like riding a bike, don't start with a 30 km hike. I highly recommend starting with about an hour on day one and then building up to a full day. The adjustable tilt of the saddle makes it perfect for correct posture and allows you to focus on your core while you work. Immediately after assembling and installing the seat on the table, I felt the core worked during operation. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for a way to keep their posture and core in tip-top shape while playing the keyboard. I'll probably order another one for the company office.
