The automation they have tried to put into this product is terrible. The lights are amazing. They tried to add too many bells and whistles to a product that just needs to be turned on and perhaps toned down. For heaven's sake, they're under the closet lamp. I don't care about color. I don't have to turn them off or on from my phone. They offer three options for training the product on WiFi. None worked. I have a degree in computer science and am a bit of a geek when I need to be. I installed the light and this physical installation was easy. While the bulbs are 11+ inches long and the connectors are said to be 13 inches, I had to tilt them a bit under the cabinet, but the light is still nice and even. I used the included clips to attach the lamps. I'll see how they hold up in just a week, but I think they'll be fine. The physical product appears to be well executed. I liked the included connectors to connect them together.
