I bought a speaker early last year. The sound is amazing for a single blue tooth speaker, the battery life is endless and not to mention the LED backlight and waterproof speaker, I bought it. This year I decided to buy two additional speakers hoping to be able to connect three speakers together. Unfortunately the original speaker I bought was the same model as the two new speakers but first generation. The original speaker failed to establish a stable connection with the other two speakers. I contacted Pohopa and after a few hours tech support contacted me. We have concluded that due to different generations of original and new speakers, a connection cannot be made. I figured I would have to buy a fourth speaker if I wanted three speakers to work at the same time. However, I was more than surprised when tech support offered to send me a new speaker for free. This goes beyond customer service and people say customer service is dead 😉. I tested the speakers in my gazebo last night and they sounded fantastic. We were surrounded by music. The light from the lanterns beautifully illuminated our recreation area. I checked the distance I could separate the paired speakers from the main speaker and it was over 60 feet. Our friends were so impressed with the speaker and the sound that they added a couple of speakers to their Amazon cart. Not only are the speakers better than expected, they are backed by a company that fully supports their product and offers great customer service.
